I should've finished the 125k i needed over double xp weekend but game play XP was throttled during this inning compared to 1st inning. So unless some intern keyed in the wrong value like Bungie programmers supposedly did when they were caught doing the same thing, it's intentional.

I played 5 hours Sunday night consisting of a couple of conquest games and several 3- and 9-inning mini season games and got a whopping 20k XP. That's with double XP going on. Something was seriously off this inning.

One other helpful thing is that this inning is a week longer than the 2nd inning. So we have extra time to get fewer XP points and at least at the start they seem more generous with the XP.
