Mine was fine all day until about an hour ago. Now I can't finish one game before it crashes.

Hasn't been working in weeks. Only seems to apply in DD as of now. A dev posted in another thread that they are aware of it and "hope" to fix it in a future patch.

Where you can actually see the equipment attribute bonuses added into you overall attributes while playing in a game. Like while batting you see full contract attribute added up archetype + perks + equipment?

The only thing I have seen is that when batting, if you swing at a ball, a brief window appears which shows your timing relative to the pitch. On that graphic is a small bar above the graphic which shows your effective CON and PWR against that pitcher. You can then view your Player Card (pause, triangle, R2) and see if that CON and PWR is either the "base" value or the "base + '+'" value. If the former, you are not getting equipment bonus. If the latter, you are a lucky guy and you are.

The reason I used the Speed/Stealing numbers in my question to Grizz is because it's easier to get to in-game. You don't have to rely on a brief graphical display.

What Moose said is exactly my experience. To add to what he said you can also tell you are for me 18 speed attribute points slower in RTTS than same setup in DD game. So even though it shows +18 over my speed or whatever attribute it’s not working in RTTS.

Have you found a way to use your ballplayer at a position that isn't listed at the primary on your archetype in DD? Every time I put a player at a spot that is listed as his secondary they play like an out of position player in game making errors or if at catcher unable to even catch a pitch. In the squad screen it shows "secondary position" but that's not how they perform in game.

I would love to know how, me and about 6 other friends are all having the same issues. Batting gloves being reset to one hand every day. Compression sleeve being reset to left arm every day. Colors being changed every day.

First i wanna say i created this thread with every intention of getting to the bottom of issue for people having issues. Even if it wasn't solveable by me but provided info for devs to read and hopefully they can deduce the issue and resolve it for you.

But unfortunately for everybody due to this post ^^^^^ I will no longer proceed with this conversation because i don't want to be a part of a community that supports this type of post. I started this thread at around 8 pm and was up until 2 am of my personal time to help figure out why people were having issues. I guess that makes me the worst poster on the forums for trying to help but someone can call another person a liar, a shill, and an apologist all in same sentence and that makes them poster of the year. That's fine but i'm not saying anymore to prevent being banned.

I wish you guys all the luck in figuring out your issue, all i can recommend at this point is keep putting in tickets to support until it's resolved. Good Luck!

The guy who posted this about you is right. In the first few days of the game you were the same guy trying to shame everyone for saying that program progress was working for you and it must be that everyone else was doing something wrong. Now you're doing the same on this thread.

Equipment is NOT working for you in RTTS just like it's not working for anyone else. Stop trying to pretend like it is to make yourself seem better than us or whatever it is you think you're accomplishing. You're not helping the community by doing this, you're hurting it.

Ok did you reassign equipment and activate after downloading latest patch?

I’m pretty sure I have tried creating an all new profile, putting all the gear back on and deleting the old one a few times.

Made new profile. Deleted old profile. Put on archetype and perks. Put on only I piece of equipment, Legendary Call. Went in RTTS game. See +8 above contact and power if I check player card in pause menu in game. Go to bat, take a swing. My contact is 82 with archetype and perks., should be 90 with Legendary Call equipped. Nope still 82, still broken, still nothing from SDS on this. Still very annoyed.

If it says 82 and u r seeing +8 above it is working. It doesn't change actual attribute b/c it's not a permanant item.

You're 100% wrong bc when you're in DD and you take a swing its shows your boosted attribute in the feedback window.

On RTTS it was working for the first couple of days and now it hasn't worked in weeks. You have no clue what you're talking about.

Any news on when this patch is coming? Would really like to be able to play RTTS properly. It's been almost a month of wasted money...

Idk about anyone else, but when I complete a game it will say I have earned like 4000 XP. But when I check it against my total XP earned I only got around 2000XP.

So have we literally been getting trolled by SDS? Lol

There is a MUCH more simple way of doing this that I posted yesterday. This method is ridiculous.

Oh I forgot to mention that you don't have to beat the DD moment, just play it.

I've seen a lot of very long and complicated methods so I decided to make it much easier for everyone... this has worked for me for the past 48 hours, no problem.

1. On startup, go to DD and play anything once. I usually do daily moments bc most of the time it's just one plate appearance.

2. Quit DD. Go to RTTS.

3. Go back to the clubhouse after every game. I only change active loadouts by going through the touch pad. (Ps5)

I've been playing since 9am and my progress hasn't stopped once. The only issue I came across was the server dropped yesterday and when I reconnected I had to repeat steps 1 and 2. After that if was fixed again.

Yeah and my method worked for all of Sunday. Like I said... if you're lucky. Its different every time for how long it lasts. Just like the guy told you in the other thread, it worked only one game for him.

Your method is basically mine with extra steps for no reason. So I'm just trying to save ppl the time when they're already losing so much with the dumpster fire of a game.

Just got off the phone with my brother who preordered the $100.00 Version of The Show 21. He tells me if you change your sliders at all you gain no XP for playing. Thank you for making this change you just saved me money. Now I don't have to buy the game. This is suppose to be something fun to take me away from my problems. I am well aware of what they are. I remember when there were no computers. I will play what I want. As a Gulf War vet I've earned that right.

You're right, pumpkin... you CAN play whatever you want. But don't be dunce. Basically what you're saying is like going to the store to buy an orange, but you buy an apple instead. Then when you bite into the apple you get pissed that it doesn't taste like an orange. Smfh.

You don't have to do all this. It's a glitch with DD.

All you have to do is go into DD and play one of any type of game, even if it's just a single plate appearance in the moments section.

Then go to RTTS and it will work for awhile if you're lucky.
