First run I had 4 wins, and got win 5 just now... And it has now counted a total of 3 wins so far for me. First run got the silver live series and won a game after, not sure why it's only at 3 on the counter...

Are you sure the 3 isn't for this run and the 5 being cumulative?

Nope, showing 3 wins cumulative, next reward at 5, but when I go to event standings shows 5 wins, same with my game history.

I've read it's intended to either imply you are pitching too slow or intentionally throwing too many balls out of the zone. To both I would tell the hitter to grow up and deal with it.

Most I've seen it with have done it from the very first at bat first pitch thrown. I throw tons of strikes, and don't pitch slow either. I try to keep a decent time, not too fast to slow the R2 guys, and not slow because I'd rather not waste time.

If they do it from pitch one I just assume they think it has some impact on you as the opponent. Would only serve as motivation for me to beat them and once getting a sizable lead I would return the favor and be as toxic as possible.

Last guy I dropped 4 homers and watched every one lol. He had 2 hits all game. Was a good time.

I think it was custom, walls were pretty close, it really did look like someone had turned off stadium lights or something.

That's the thing, they waited until the timer ran out, and at that exact moment sent a FQ request, looking like the timer thing.
