For instance I had runners on second and third with none out and my next 2 batters (De La Cruz, great contact right at the pitcher, runner on 3rd is frozen up the line of 3rd so 2 out) followed by a perfect perfect from Schwarber right at the Center Fielder.

I use to love this mode but i am quickly tiring of it this year.

What difficulty? When i was playing I noticed that Rookie difficulty was playing like Legend difficulty. I did better playing on All-Star.

Veteran/All Star. Maybe i should move up to legend problem with that is i can't touch anything the cpu throws then.

I've noticed Hall of fame played much better than all star and veteran, no idea why.

Making for awesome cheap garbage players in events too, 4 straight with Ohtani out of the pen.

Here I was hoping freeze offs were a thing of the past. Spanking a guy in a ranked game, he throws the ball back in and it's frozen at 2nd base. Of course I cannot message him as he's got messages blocked, but going on an hour up 8-3 in the 6th, and it's not even that close.

Took me some time to get used to him but he crushes for me now fairly evenly, though a lefty coming in is always nice. Also a pretty good defender once he's P3+

Even better is losing because your first baseman won't tag the guy running past first as the ball gets there, and a runner coming in from 3rd... This lack of tagging runners is pretty inexcusable.

I read with Madden the true franchise will not work until September so that is really all I care about.

Indeed. The fact that freeze offs are still a thing this many months in is ridiculous.

I'd trade with ya, spent the night in fake stadiums all night vs world series types, can't buy a home game. Ready to sell the PS5 at this point, this just ain't fun.

I've had 11 of my last 15 games on the road, almost always in stupid stadiums on a nasty little streak, anyone know of a way to snap this horrid luck?

It’s Kluber/Newhouser 2.0. At least not seeing Kluber for 6 innings, Newhouser to close it out like you would’ve in 20. But with stamina being broke it’s about equal.

When I did hit hall of fame last year, I seemed to have less issue I think, but I think a year older at 43 makes it tougher to adjust. Hoping I can have a better time next game, definitely was not a good time tonight, and I think playing cross platform didn't do me any favors.

Truly have no idea how anyone would find this fun... Lag plus ball coming out of stupid angles isn't fun, wouldn't even say competetive, just glitchy cheesy garbage.

I wonder if those complaining so much realize that most games right now don't have near the polish or progression that would normally be seen. Remote work with software devs has slowed even the biggest companies, and the fact they went from 2 to 4 consoles is pretty impressive too. Perfect game? Nope. But at least they're listening with the limits they have. Oh, and even movies right now are WAY behind schedule... Top Gun 2 was supposed to be out last year, now not until November.

I don't see a reason to quit. Some people read books in their free time and I play games. It's not like you get a career, family, kids, etc. and all of a sudden you have to change everything just to "be an adult".

I used to feel that way until I realized no one can be productive 24/7, it's not great in terms of mental health. I don't play a video game to be unproductive, I do it so I can relax and BE productive later.

You said you want children, well what if they want to play a video game with their dad? What if you meet your potential wife and she loves video games and wants to play it with you?

Been gaming with my wife for 23 years now, has kept us close and happy. Same with playing with our kids, great way to keep them engaged with us when we really want some time with them.

I had a perfect/perfect power swing to the warning track dead center. No idea why that one is as tough as it is.

I had to power swing on everything and got it done after that. Was the only one I had trouble with as well.

On the now in the show shop page, shows you get a ballin is a habbit pack... Wonder if it's a special one lol
