Offensively your infield is solid, but Jackie is probably the only really good defender of the bunch, although I don't recall Albies attributes off the top of my head. 90+ fielding and good speed/reaction will help a bit, but those seeing eye singles happen to everyone.
Think of it this way. If it weren't for those seeing eye singles, it would be HR or bust. We all know line drives to the gaps often hang too long and get chased down by elite speed outfielders at this point in the life cycle.
I should add that I run P5 Chipper and Papi/Vlad Jr out there too. My infield is similar, but I've come to accept the old "Ole" animation at first and third every once in a while since I get the added offensive production. I do have my diamond hawk CAP at short, and when I'm not using him I prefer guys with speed and a diamond shield.
Thanks...I really appreciate the post. I used to use my CAP at short and maybe I should try that out again. I also have been using Ozzie a lot lately...the numbers defensively are not terrible and I absolutely love switch hitters. However, the combo of Turner/Ozzie is probably a pretty significant difference between CAP/Jackie up the middle. I have always been good with Chipper at 3rd (he is at V for me also) and I was excited to get the slight upgrade with Vlad over at first over Papi. Darnit...maybe I need to give Murray another look.
Again, I really appreciate the reply. It gave me some good things to think about.
