If I have 5 stars to go for stage 3, will earning these 35 stars complete the stage and give me 30 in stage 4? Or will it just complete stage 3 and then I start with zero stars in stage 4? Anyone know for sure?

I tried the East last night and every single time I had a guy on first the next batter hit into a double play. I think it was like 5-6 times.

started nl central down 8-15 with 20 outs.. then 15-13 with 13(!) outs & a runner on.. (details too painful to describe) now it's 13-15 with 3(!) outs & I finally tie it at 15 with an out remaining before I [censored] the bed

Sad thing regarding this...is I have tried it when I got runner on first, tied with like 10 outs left because I didn't want to hit into the predictable DP. The next 3 or 4 guys proceeded to bunt like idiots. Line drives to 3B/2B. Pop ups. Just straight up missing.

Eventually after wasting like 4 or 5 outs I had to start swinging...eventually got the W on that one.

I had the same thing happen. Had like 8 outs left, needed only one run. So I tried bunting and three guys in a row popped up bunts so high the 1b or 3b caught them all. I gave up and had to swing away again. It felt so rigged.

Why is all star on conquest COMPLETELY different than all star on RS? i can beat the cpu 9/10 on HOF but online i can't hit any fastball over 98mph. I was just struck out 16 times by newhouser and the 101 gas. i have zero time to react and i am very late every time. my tv is on game mode and i know I'm not good, but jesus, im not this bad. these are my first few games online and this is nothing like last year. i cant hit a lick.

Online pitch speeds and difficulty is different... Even RS is harder then Custom League... idk what it is but it just seems that way and feels that way for A LOT of people... wait until you get to Legend, my friend

oh ill never get there. normally I get to high 700s. this year I have no chance. I might make 600 if I get lucky. I can't touch fast balls. and on top of it, I get this weird graphical hitch in the swing, like its skipping frames. it messes me up. I have no idea why it does that. do any of you guys get a weird glitch in your swing on fastballs?

Maybe try gaming on a better monitor? Frame drops are usually hardware OR your internet connection is [censored]. If it isn't your internet, usually playing on a better monitor or TV would help. or your PS4 is about to explode lol but yeah, its usually lag in the game itself or your monitor

well, it not my internet. i get 400 mbps and my tv is a new LG oled with a game mode. connection is hardwired.

i don't get it. this is the only game i have issues with. when i pitch it looks like the ball is moving 40 mph.

It’s the same for me. My assumption has always been that it’s my internet. In RS, my pitches move oddly slow. When I bat, fastballs are in the catcher’s glove before I even have a chance to swing. Sometimes while I move around the PCI it gets all glitchy and jumpy. Like the connection can’t even keep up with me simply moving the PCI a bit. This is the only game I’ve ever had problems with. I do use a TV and game mode, but it’s no help. I wish I could enjoy RS but it’s no fun to get 4 hits per game.

How do you do in the other modes? Is the struggle specific to Showdown? I also wish there was some adjustment they could make so it’s wasn't quite so “all or nothing.” I like the idea of paying another entry fee but starting again at the final boss.

I’m pressing buttons and nothing is happening. It’s like a terrible lag. However, this is pretty common for me in this game. Seems a little worse than normal at the moment.
