Could having servers running in a semi-functional manner a priority?
It's sickening that through all these problems your priority is stub-buying functionality.

Sony never preloads before 2 or 3 days before release.

and i take it there is no way to revert the patch? or choose a different patch in the game like EA lets you in NHL?
