Meh, sometimes the challenges are pretty wonky. I had a challenge to get a hit using power swing and I fouled off the ball and it failed my challenge, than got a hit the next pitch with power swing and not reward. Weird to me.

Showdown has been tough on me. Haven't gotten vouchers on any. Guess I'm SOL now.

I just want to say thank you to SDS for all the great improvements to the game, especially dropping at a time that I really need a distraction. I love Showdown! It's a fun addition! I never really played Events since my internet is [censored], but now I feel like there is something different for an offline player like myself. Between Showdown and Conquest, I've barely even explored the rest of the content, which I'm excited to do.
