This is absurd. How long has PS5 been out? 3 or 4 years?

Will we get next gen graphics for MLB the Show '30?

It's disappointing if you have next gen but not absurd.

The data is probably clear that a huge % of the player base is on ps4; there's also a % on the Switch. That's $. And SDS will NOT make two versions of the game to appease the current gen gamers.

Yeah I almost have Dominguez to a P3 to give him a real chance and nope, I still don't understand the hype. His swing is fine but nowhere close to some of my favorites:

Maybe 8 should have expanded on what I meant. If the paided portion of the season/battle pass was cosmetic only (bat skins, jerseys, icons..etc), fine. However, if you have to pay for access to the season and/or there are far better rewards (cards, xp boosts, larger stub rewards) then you are into pay to win territory and I am 100% against that form of monetization.

On the London series program I had already completed NL East TA so I read somewhere here that you can use S1 Mets to complete the HRs and XBHs for the program and it worked well.

Ah, vault packs, I see. I watched like the first minute of the stream replay, then couldn't stomach any more.

Well, SDS is dead to me. I would much rather have had a normal human response -- an apology -- than vault packs, regardless of the diamonds. They are bunkered down a weathering the storm and are determined not to apologize.

It quite literally -- no exaggeration -- makes me not want to even finish a conquest game...

So long, SDS.

Let's face it, the best EVO program would be Bonds. From skinny 5-tool player to 2-tool hulking roid monster. The early version of him would still be viable, like a Lofton with more pop. The end boss would basically be the Ruth card with no speed, fielding, or pitching.

@GixxerRyder750 I think most people would agree Dominguez is the top choice but I’m an Orioles fan so of course I like to see their top prospects get some love. I did use Kjeestad in the showdown and he’s seems to be pretty good though to be honest.

@Shauwn do what now, what do you mean bots making sure we don't make to many stubs, is that for real. I think it's garbage that alot if these cards are non sell like the TA 2 packs they give alot of people have already collected them and now are gonna be stuck with to. I agree with you 💯 on if someone wants to sell all their cards flip cards whatever they wanna do to make stubs should be allowed play our way right what a joke SDS, I just realized the other day that all the most of good equipment for rtts you can't buy on market at all and if you pay 15000 stubs to get a diamond equipment pack and pull sat trouts cleats can't sell them. It boils down to greed by SDS.

I think content is going to be a FAT W. Looking back on the past few years, I'm excited to kind of skip the grind for lower tier cards. It's like having end game cards all year and you get a 75% card reset each season.

It's like we're getting 3 different mini content cycles but the core cards provide a % of consistency. Wish we had a wild card slot for pitcher AND hitter. Maybe they'll add that.

Gonna be so nice to not have to see content creators try to hype up the most mid cards they put out in the early stages of the game

I'm still trying to decide if I want this game or not. I feel that with my job changing in a few months I will not have my normal morning playing time weekends have become more of a non existent. With this being probably the last or next to last PS4 version out I may be done with the show. I'm not sure how I feel about the moments thing returning for the stories seems like the show 19

It would not be practical to put a MLB team logo on either of the two Asian players' cards since neither are signed by a MLB team!

Jung Ho Lee (South Korea) plays for the Kiwoom Heroes of the Korean Baseball Organization (KBO). He will likely be eligible for posting for MLB after this season.

Munetaka Murakami (Japan) plays for the Tokyo Yakult Swallows of the Nippon Professional Basbeball (NPB). He is not expected to be posted anytime soon.

The Ely card has such a nice swing he mashes live that card alot

Rollins has been fun, but I’ve only used him offline so far. Sandberg will be on both my theme teams and I always do well with his swing. Haven’t touched Durham yet.

Right now I’m rocking Edgar at 1B, Cano at 2B, and Clemente in LF.

I’m using Edgar at 1B too but man he’s made quite a few errors there already. I don’t get it. That bat is too good to not keep him in the lineup right now though,

So far so good for me. Defense doesn’t matter much on the IF corners in this game, unfortunately. I’d love to see some interaction with 1B fielding attributes helping to prevent throwing errors in the future.

East - Posada but want Green too
Central - Durham or Lee, will be a toss up
West - Oswalt

NL

East - Glavine (under extreme protest as he isn't a Mets Legend)
Central - Morgan (for some reason, his cards always kill for me)
West - Finley

I totally spaced and forgot about Glavine because I got Prime Al Leiter and was hoping against hope that a wild David Wright card would randomly appear in the game... I knew it was a longshot given the fact that he wasn't including in the Cover Athlete Program... I'm still disappointed in the fact that they couldn't get every cover athlete for that program as I want to say Wright isn't the only one missing.

There were many better choices than Glavine. Mets get no respect.

I don't disagree... would've preferred another Glavine Mets card similar to the Al Leiter PRIME and then someone else can get the Legend of the Franchise card... I was out the loop this year starting in June so I wasn't really on point with Mets cards releasing like I was in the past... I still have to go get all the Mets Topps Now and Monthly Awards cards and see what other cards are out there that I need in order to keep playing this game atleast an hour a day between now and March/April 2023.

I think I've only had 4l. A couple were gold, one was FS Liover Peguero, and then one was one of the FotF cards. Maybe Sean Murphy. Whoever it was, I was not impressed.

I played a Mini-Season game this morning before work. Completed the "Mystery Mission" of "Hit 2 HRs in a game with Finest". Got the "Headliners Choice Pack Set 41", and pulled FS Francisco Alvarez.

See SDS? I try to be positive. Which is why I shouldn't be banned. Ever.

It did. I’m surprised. Surprisingly fun mode. Powered through all the missions while I was at it. After I’d knocked the missions out I pummeled the CPU the rest of the way on Rookie lol. 25-3 reg season and 6-0 playoffs. Lol. I had about 1.5 million stubs laying around so I bulked up on my team before playing. I figured I’d see a lot of computer cheese like moments but I didn’t. Lots of fun. Next time I think I’d do it all on AS and higher but first time through I wanted to do it as quick as possible to see if I had to do it three more times.
