I just made a post about this. At least I know it’s not just me. It happened twice in the last 12 hours, and both were on shallow fly balls hit to the outfield by my opponent

I’ve had the same thing in ranked season. 3 times i had the lead and hit a perfect homerun and it crashes

Yeah, it only seems to happen on home runs and deep fly balls. Honestly makes me scared to hit.

Can’t play at all now. Woooooo double XP, but you get disconnected every time you try to play, on a Friday at 3;20 pm.

It’s really sad that glitchy deliveries/upper-nineties fastballs (preferably cutters and sinkers) are the only ways a pitcher can be successful in this game. Maddux was incredible in real life but doesn’t translate well because his motion is easy to pick up and he doesn’t throw hard.

That's what I'm finding out with 98 Hershiser. I need to pitch with him more to find out what does & doesn't work.

Maddux prestiged has 99 control on 4 out of 5 pitches. He dots man the control is there. Its for Hendersons MvP season he was older. 98 vs 99 wont play any different.

Just take a break, jam some rdr2 or knock off a game you've always wanted to play

Yes it is done in the game but not very often and usually only in the playoffs. They should have just allowed players to use a reliever as an "opener" and been done. At lease increase the stamina use by a SP being brought in from the pen triple so that the decision to make that move is more difficult.

Isn’t ranked seasons , for most of us, technically playoffs? Wild Card, Division Series, Championship Series, World Series?

No. You still get to play again no matter how many times you lose in RS. In a real playoff scenario you don't get to keep playing after losing 3 or 4 depending on the series.

That's your own fault then, because there are plenty of free outfielders. You can easily fill all 3 outfield spots with diamonds if you just put a full 2 hours into the game.

Update: I just lost my 12th game. It would’ve been for Bellinger. He’s all I need to finish the MLB. I know I deserve another chance but I won’t get one. If I contacted support I know all they’d give me is some standard pack or some [censored]. Sigh. 😔

The one thing about this entire post that bothers me is that you say "Torres was a black hole" while talking about people making errors. Black holes suck everything up, so that sounds like it would be pretty beneficial defensively.

Lol it’s just something my old coach used to say. I guess you could say black holes won’t be able to make the play because they basically suck everything out of existence.

There are no flaws with this game. It is the greatest and best game ever made.

The game is frustrating at times but the connection issues are on your end, not the games.
