You can manually position every fielder

In RS you can position every fielder individually? Or you mean as a whole IF or OF?

In any non player locked game you can do both. There are presets like playing in, halfway and so on, but you can also manually position every single fielder. If you're not sure how to do this, I'd suggest starting a vs CPU game and just mess around in the defensive adjustment menu and scroll through all the possibilities. There's no clock so you can check everything casually.
