That’s why I quit playing online. You can get most all the same stuff just grinding it out. I’m not a great player but I play a clean game and finish the game no matter how bad I’m losing.

Haha, yeah been playing this game from the start. Use to be people would unplug the game before they lost. Then the bunt dancing and so on. Back when you created all your players. That was the start of online play.
I’ve thought of starting an old guys league but like a box of chocolates you never know what your going to get.

The vision attribute of a card affects the outer PCI and has a small impact on timing windows. If you’re having trouble seeing pitches that’s a different kind of vision. I recommend going to an optometrist.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a freeze off in RS or BR. I just say “cool, I’ll go smoke a cigar/watch a ball game/workout/walk my dog/literally anything else.” But that’s just me and I don’t think I’ve ever had it last more than an hour or so.

I’d settle for a usable Pedro card with competitive H/9 this year.

Sounds like a splitter that’s thrown too fast to act as a changeup.

I have The Duke with a catcher primary. I think you just need to play RTTS as a catcher and you’re good.

A diamond JR Richard would be dope.

I rarely ever touch it. Runner on 3rd, 2 strikes, less than 2 out type situations.

Showzone, and all the youtubers talking about it, don't help the market. Everytime "showzone this", or "this player that" gets mentions on youtube 100 little kids flock to that player and have a piranha frenzy until the margin is gone.

This. Everyone flips now. It might become flippable once a significant amount of people have completed their collections and have a comfortable enough bankroll to not pay attention. My most successful flips this year weren’t really flips, they were short term investments based on anticipated supply/demand related to the schedule.

I competed the AL yesterday. I did donate $5 to the Robinson Foundation, but I’d still say I’m NMS.

Grinded RTTS the first weekend, sold diamond perks and equipment when they were sky high, sold FOTF when they were sky high, earned all event cards (still holding), grinded BR and sold it all, grinded conquest and sold prospects, barely flipped at all, timed the market whenever I bought anything and never ever bought packs.

The amount of time I've spent gaming, due to current events, has increased over the past two years. I had to deal with tendinitis in my fingers last year because of it, but now I face something worse.

My left hand (the one that moves the PCI around when I'm batting, for example) has been experiencing these numbness spells, where the numbness shoots up and down my hand, from my wrist area to my fingers, usually the middle and index fingers. It may have happened to me while gaming, but I also specifically remember it happening to me when I was holding the steering wheel at 12:00 with my left hand and holding my phone up and swiping the screen with my left thumb.

I am a woman in her 20s. Not the usual age demographic for carpal tunnel syndrome. So even though I may have caught it in its early stages, it's really scaring me. I've read it usually starts in one hand before it occurs in both, but I don't know for sure because they tell you different things everywhere you search.

I am a student, and so I must spend a lot of time working on my computer. This is especially true as it is my senior year and I have hard classes that require a lot of writing and, thus, typing on my laptop.

With this post I am reaching out to anyone who also suffers or has suffered from this condition for guidance and advice. What should I do?

It is incredibly foolish to come here seeking medical advice. It is amazing people can lack judgment so severely, but it explains a lot about you and current events. It is truly unfortunate you didn’t learn how to think in college. Go to the doctor. And good luck out there, you’re going to need it.

Mike Scott has been surprisingly good on my theme team.

Most of my team is made up of non-bosses. But I’ll give it a go.

Honorable mention - Vlad was great every time I used him

SDS’s treatment of Puckett cards makes me less likely to play next year.

Just played a RS game in a laggy MLB stadium against an R2 cheeser that took 30 seconds between every laggy Nolan Ryan pitch. Worst game of my life. Game would not allow me to touch the baseball. Fun stuff.

Yes, I went to Best Buy and bought a new controller and the protection plan for like 6$. When one wears out I get a new one. I game a lot so it happens more often than you’d exoect

Nice. That’s the kind of suggestion I was hoping for. I’d rather not buy an expense controller every few months. A warranty like that seems smart. Ever have any trouble with Best Buy? Anyone use a different retailer for the warranty?

I'm using a 1980s All-Decade team and having a blast (and success) in the event and in RS. 1985 NYM uniforms and Shea Stadium.

I'm pretty content with the roster but I would love to see Puckett, Sandberg, Morris, and Guidry get their 99s. I try to mix in other names I left out from time to time like Hernandez, Mattingly, Schmidt, Yount...I just don't hit as well with them.
