Can I still get Double Dailies if I buy the Digital Deluxe Edition right now? I don't see that on the features list of the bundle anymore versus when it first launched it said it. I don't see it. I don't wanna buy it then it's not there...

Fr man. I have the Xbox Series X and thought I could just add my music. Now I'm on the Ps5 trying to decide if I want to rebuy the game again just to add my own music smh...

If I buy the Ps4 version of The Show '21 would I be able to add my own music again? I will be playing it on the ps5

Am I the only one or did this update not fix any issues with rtts. It still has loadout issues, training is still not showing other attributes to boost, seriously wow

There has been no official response about the issue from SDS that I have seen. Outside of server issues there has been little communication or a time frame for fixes. I think there are just so many things wrong with the game as far as bugs are concerned SDS is going full silent until they have the patch ready to deploy.

Honestly it's sad this is the route they're going. It's seems like they're going the EA route and just put out a game every year and only focus on Diamond Dynasty and leave other modes untouched. I played The Show (all 6 years) on PS4 before I switched to Xbox. Graphics still the same since the Show '14, Rtts is getting worse every year, gameplay is decent but not a next gen feel. All their time and focus goes into Diamond dynasty...

I played a full major league season. I finished the season with 18-2 as a pitcher. The logic is so bad that I didn't even get to play in the playoffs. To make matters worse I get to the offseason only to find out they want to offer me a Double A contract which makes ZERO sense. I'm a 82 overall for the Padres. And Yu Darvish is a 79 overall. This logic in the game is ruining the experience so bad. The signing players logic, and scoring logic in rtts is bad. I also notice players like Kershaw is switched to a reliever pitcher on rtts like what?

Main issues in Road to the Show are:

If this was Diamond Dynasty a update would be released immediately. And to be quite honest it seems like the DD players are the only ones enjoying the game meanwhile RTTS users have to wait for a update to fully enjoy our mode. I wish ya'll actually took time and tested these modes thoroughly before releasing it.

I can answe a couple of those:

The blue circle you see is based off relationships with players on your team. Those relationships give you a chance to progress the attribute that is displayed within the circle.

The "Main Perks" are called Architypes. Based off of whichever one you are using will determine what the choice pack will contain in the reward/task tree. Bronze to start at end of reward tree you will then get a silver version of that architype being used so on and sorth til getting diamond.

I'm not talking about the circles on top of the players heads. I'm talking about the one where it circles the player like a icon circle if that makes sense. It looks like a circle you would get playing in franchise or dd. It randomly pops up. So you can't just change the main perks with stubs though? I only see the small perks in the perks store/inventory

you have to acquire them through the loadout program. when selecting your perks there is an option to hit square to view the program (x on xbox). Once they fix the tracking the missions in that program will be how you upgrade your main perk

Everything you said was spot on, but the two way player thing is a good idea cause me personally don't like having to make a new character every time I want to change a position. Everything from perks ruined the mode in my opinion. We now have to pay to play to get our attributes to the overall we want. We barley see a training points screen.

Is your Archetype progression broken like everyone elses? I have a feeling that upgrading the archetype to the next level will have far more impact on your progression and overall than the in game boosts.

My main perks (the big square perks) are still at bronze but I have two gold perks. I don't even know how to change the big perks. The training skill pop up screen constantly shows the same attributes

Exactly the the appearance needs to be saved with each loadout. I have this issue too.

One hack/trick you can do to get in the majors way faster is going into the roster before entering rtts and turning down the overalls in the position you want to play for and save that roster and load it up in Rtts. For example if you lower all the 3rd basemans overalls on your team to like 50 or lower they will play poorly and get sent down to AAA or double A. So as long as you play better than them in double A you will get called up quickly and you might even be able to skip AAA altogether. Just make sure your stats like homeruns and rbis are more than theirs.

They stopped the year to year saves because your RTTS player this year can be used in Diamond Dynasty and they most likely don't want people carrying over their RTTS to Diamond Dynasty with 99 overalls.

Exactly they never fully explained how to get your attributes up in RTTS. I don't even know what some of this stuff is.

I'm frustrated too. They completely ruined RTTS! I had a PS4 and played MLB The Show since '14. I now play '21 on the Series X. This is the only year I really felt disappointed in how they handled this mode. I don't want to wait next year to enjoy this mode again. Everybody else feels the same way about RTTS right now. They need to provide a update and fix this. They really went the EA route and obselted their other game modes for Diamond Dynasty. Smh.

Yeah there’s a few things off with this ballplayer thing. The load outs don’t switch if you’re going from pitching to hitting between games quickly, even if you press the other load out. Also equipment picks and chooses when it wants to apply its attributes. It’s so annoying. And then the ballplayer on DD looks like CAP from last year but worse. Way less freedom and the stats don’t even correlate. This is a huge L so far

This is bad for rtts. I can't believe they did us like this. No consideration. I do like the 2 way player thing but everything else is just wonky and unnecessary. They really decided to kill this mode year after year and it worked. I'm so disappointed.
