Idk if you already do this but, if you don't get an XBH in your first AB restart right away and keep trying. That's how I approach those TB and certain amount of hits moments.

No, it doesnt, but I have noticed a bit more exit velo resulting in a few hits I may not have gotten before. Still so many solid places pci with good timing that results in weak files. Makes Showdown 100x more frustrating.

Yeah the perfect/perfect fly ball thing was debunked for me when Oswalt showed his WTP. I thought momentarily that I had gotten my first DD PO HR.... lol?

There is no threshold anymore. That went away after 1.04.

No its plain as day they did something in patch 1.04 though. I havent played a game for the past month and dont plan on playing anytime soon until they bring back pre 1.04 hitting or at least a vastely improved version of hitting

What you could try for a while is to just not swing at anything below the belt unless you're in a 2 strike count. So even if it looks like meat, just don't swing. See as many pitches as possible and try to recognize the break of the ball early and remember the path of the baseball if it does end up in the strike zone for a strike. That'll help you determine whether pitches thrown at you for the remainder of the game will be balls or strikes. Once you're comfortable with the recognition you can start swinging at the pitches that look good to hit. Don't be discouraged if you still get fooled every now and then, happens to the best of us.

Edit: So in the gamelog towards the bottom it says Legend on TSN but i guess that's meant to mean a legend for the key plays not the difficulty my bad.

I went 0 for 20 with heliot Ramos then hit 3 hr in 2 games and went like 12 for 20 the next few be patient I was swinging to much with him did same thing thing with Nolan Jones when you get anew player you wanna hit with them so badly your to hyped up hahaha

Do affinity 2 tons of lefties

I have been slowly, added Gorman to my squad, but he replaced Olreud at first, so just traded one lefty for another, also got Brujan, so technically that's kind of another lefty.
Problem is, I only had 10 FOTF cards when affinity part 2 dropped, so a lot of them are only at 10-15 points, so getting cards like Nolan Jones will take a bit.

I love the playoffs, 1 or 2 inning stars per game and lots of xp for the rward path. I've done 5 of them - scoreless 1st game, a lead in G2, trailing by 1 or 2 or scoreless in G3 , and same in G4 .
just about every time.
Only have to play 3/4/4 if you win.

I'm with you. Got to get that fix since you cant gamble on much but computer simulation games these days.

You are probably a player like me who needs higher vision cards.

Server updates won't impact gameplay. We'd need a patch for that.

To answer tho definitely better off just using pci and hoping for the best luck. On rookie direction was a joke, blew threw the challenges but once I hit veteran success was very limited

Idk hitting feels good to me, I just hate how many lineouts to 1b or dps I hit into

Dont waste money on packs. The game gives out enough free ones. However, I scored MIKE TROUT on a standard pack recently!!!
