All star until 699, then HOF from 700-899, legend is 900 and above. Both players have to be in that ranking or you’ll play on the lower rated players rating.

When does allstar start? At allstar?

I believe you start at all star at the beginning but don’t quote me on that. I don’t think veteran is ever a difficulty, or at least it didn’t feel that way

Just really started playing ranked and just hit allstar rank last night before going to bed (8-0) and the ball was very slow and PCI felt huge so I’m thinking it must have been on vet

All star is the lowest difficulty for online play.

I suppose it was just my imagination, but as soon as I hit 400 (All-star) the pitching speed seemed to increase. I realize the opponents I faced also got better, but I was coming up late on fast balls and it seemed faster than even All-star vs CPU. It really felt like it was on Vet before hitting 400.

But based on everything people say, it's All-Star beyond Spring-Training. So. f if I know.

Yes the beginning everyone is on Veteran. That is why everyone loves hitting at release. It doesnt go up to All Star until like 300 or 400. You can find the info in game. There is an option to see all that stuff in their respective screens.

Is this true? My gamelog shows Legend in the 800s...

Edit: So in the gamelog towards the bottom it says Legend on TSN but i guess that's meant to mean a legend for the key plays not the difficulty my bad.
