Haha I love snarky Manu. While it is unfortunate that we can be restricted after just a few orders, the market feels MUCH better. This morning I went to place orders for the spotlight cards to get that collection done, but after every 3 orders I did have to wait that minute or whatever for the restriction to end. So there are still inconveniences, but definitely the last few weeks are miles ahead of where we were back at launch and April.

Had the same thing happen to me about a month ago, right before a big collection. I was still able to use the marketplace in game during the restriction, but definitely not ideal.
Thankfully I did get a response, but it was probably 4-5 days from when I first submitted the ticket on a Wednesday/Thursday night (I think). Hope you hear back soon, especially with the weekend being over. If I remember it was Tuesday morning I got the response, but hoping yours comes quickly.

Still hit or miss for me. Got disconnected final at bat of an event game and haven’t been able to get back into the game. That’s what I get for procrastinating the 25k PXP mission.

It would be amazing if we had a default setting that just removed logos in online play. Let them keep just the jersey colors but if we turn this setting on it just goes to the default home plate and bats. It’s disgusting that they haven’t fixed this and the same bad actors face no consequences.

@SDS_JoeK_PSN Thank you! I did receive a response for the ticket (from Zoe) but a response here is twice as good. I did respond back on the ticket since I have an idea of what the specific action I did was flagging my account. Not sure if you’re also able to help answer that here, or if it’s best left on the ticket. And I completely understand that legitimate users will get caught as you attack the bots.
Just happy the team’s looking into each of our issues. Thanks and hopefully everyone else in this thread will be getting their ticket responses soon.

I appreciate your responses and clarifying your roll here @manu__sds_mlbts But the fact remains we sent tickets and they are not being responded to in what feels like a timely manner. So we are left in the dark. I did describe the issue in length on the ticket, and have even replied with updates. The worst part of it being that we played by the rules, got restricted, and there will be no compensation. I never do the glitches to earn packs/stubs (mini-season glitch) since I only play this and one other game so don’t want to even get close to something that will ban me. But seeing accounts that abused that still have full access to the game is just frustrating. Maybe the support team is really that backed up with tickets, but it really just sucks, so thank you for what you are able to do/pass along.

Same boat for me. I’m giving some grace at this point, since I submitted my ticket late Thursday. But seeing responses to other concerns while being neglected is wearing thin for me. App updated this morning but still restricted.

Happening to me as well. Ticket submitted almost 2 days ago and no response. Updated this morning and instead of error occurred it now says account is restricted. Can place orders in game, but the bots are still immediately outbidding so it feels pointless. Tough to engage with the game when you hear so many others are being caught in the ban waves while the bots are still active.

Two biggest ones for me would be variety and a wheel. There’s still the second and third drops coming, but atleast the program can be completed before these. Last year the gatekeeping until later drops was annoying so atleast that’s an improvement.
For variety I liked that the first two events wins would progress, but maybe a win shouldn’t have been as rewarding since it was one of the fastest MP programs to finish. I did like that there were multiple paths to completion, so you didn’t have to do every single mission. Having event programs/cards is great, just will have to see what today brings for Jackie Robinson Day. Really just annoyed about the Ks, but pretty sure that’s most people.
As far as a wheel, I’m sure SDS is scared of balancing that and people abusing it. But that’s why it can be an iterative process. Stick rewind packs in those, Deluxe Choice Packs, Saint Patrick’s Day and the Choice WBC pack with Ohtani/Judge or packs that didn’t have collections with them.
Missed opportunity to have the LCS cards again (Webb and Rosario) along with WS cards, since we don’t have BR cards. I get it was WBC, but as someone who has never reached top ranks that was a goal I set for myself. Got close, but fell short. I never played against any of those cards, but did buy Webb for myself since I typically enjoy his cards.
