Also this. I played a craptonne over the weekend and never once hit the daily limit that I'm aware of.

I really think people are low balling their playing time to make it seem like if you only play for 1-2 hours that you will hit the cap limit.

I completed all three TA conquests, did some moments, completed 3 showdowns (2 TA, 1 spring) and half way through a TA mini season. Did not hit the xp cap that I was aware of.

No doubt. So now you just have to guess. Which is nice...more meatballs for people that swing at every pitch. I'm all for making pinpoint harder...but maybe changing the draw speeds randomly...and then showing you those speeds prior to the pitch would be a better method than showing you something that doesn't match up with what it wants you to input.

This is BS. There was another R2 thread earlier and I was commenting in it like this was MLB TS 20. Well, I just played 3 BR games and learned the R2 cheesing is gone!! They have a symbol come up when your opponent is holding it. So it cannot mess you up anymore! Freaking awesome!

I knew this one would get a mixed reception...but it's way too easy to lay off pitches east/west imo. Variable umps could help with that. I wanted variable umps to be removed, but after spending a week with this game (and last year to a lesser degree) I think I'm starting to change my tune. But...yeah...no one wants to lose because of the umps...but I would rather have the umps taking a W from me than the AI forcing my pitches down the middle once every other at bat (sometimes more). At least with a bad call, you and I both know what's actually up.

The simple solution to that is rewarding good user input when pitching and having variable umps off.
Then the game and the umps don't decide the game, you do. It's not an either/or thing

Agreed...but that's not happening. I'm consistently getting blinking meters and perfect hoops and still having the pitch end up a ball (barely...but a ball nonetheless). Like I said...it seems my choice is miss off the corner or throw it down the middle.
