I’m highly disappointed that 1.) I can’t bring my knuckler that I’ve built over the past five titles into this one but okay, I’ll make another then,...

2.) You can’t have a knuckleball as a pitch in RTTS simply because you can’t have it in some lame mode I’ll never play!!!

PLEASE ALLOW the knuckleball again in RTTS, even if it voids out my ability to play DD or that pitch simply doesn’t carry over. As a RTTS only player I shouldn’t be punished bc of some tie in to DD.

I’ve played this game for years and have hyped it to many. This is a serious killer. Honestly, had I known this I would not have purchased.

We all read about that,.... a week ago. We paid for a full game we’ve come to know and love and this ain’t it. I’ve been in tight CS spots before, so I get it,... but I highly suggest more communication to calm the masses,.... at least

RTTS:

give back pitching options of the knuckle and 4th and 5th pitches

Immersion, have teammate, press and fan interactions mean something,... have your salary mean something (nhl did this a bit last year)

A central hub where your trophies, awards and accomplishments are easily sortable and viewable

Not so scripted. I’ve played around with like six different RTTS’s this year just trying to get my core stats up. No matter what team or how I perform I’m always called up to aaa just after the AA all star game and always called up to MLB second week of august,....

I get what they tried here but it’s just screwing everything up. They should give the option of having your RTTS a DD player or not

I’ve had such respect for SDS over the years but this could really damage that. It will depend on what they fix and how quickly they fix it. Time will tell. If they basically ignore RTTS bc they know it forces players to DD then yeah, which I’m worried they might, respect lost and EA comparisons are apt

Basically,.... undo everything they added this year and go back to 20 completely and grow THAT. This is a total disaster

Agreed on everything, especially that I’d rather not ever play DD again.

Been saying for a week now,.... it FEELS deliberate. For a ‘bug’ to magically hit like this the very year they tie RTTS to dd and very little word on it for the first few weeks (including early release etc) just feels dirty. They’re getting people hooked into dd as much as possible before ‘fixing’ RTTS.

Side: it’s amazing that some still go around acting like you can max your RTTS player out with 50s in every stat in like one day and you’re some newb moron if you can’t... ive been grinding speed and now power all week on beginner just to get my guy playable. I get stat boosts every game that move the overall so little it’s taking an entire season to move the power one point... but apparently you can max it in one sitting... Lol. This also makes it hard because the only real way to get your guy good at all is through archetypes that progress SO MUCH faster in dd.... which again, is totally on purpose.

Title says it. Every scheduled start in the playoffs I just get skipped...

Should there be a warning in-game? 100% absolutely but fact is twitter has always been where they consistently post it every time. If you are on the forums you have the ability to take 10 seconds yo look at Twitter. Should you have to? No but if you know its there and choose not to look I can't feel too bad.

Yes most players aren’t in the habit of checking a game’s forums every time before turning the game on

Yeah, if I had known I would have just stuck with 20. I’ll only play 20 until they get some kind of fix on the progression and the pitch selection

The knuckleball pitcher thing is so lame,... just make it to where that pitch isn’t usable online or just tell people to deal... making an offline mode restricted bc of an online one is so freaking cynical.

DD does not have a bigger player base according to everything I’ve read,... RTTS is the most played mode

This sucks for Xbox users,... best sports game for years and they destroy one of the best modes the year Xbox users finally get it... right now RTTS is completely broken. No clue if or when it’ll be fixed. Might not be really as I doubt the cap issue and progression will get a hard patch

You can’t add a 4th pitch this year. They did because your character is linked to Diamond dynasty and they don’t want it to be unfair. It sucks and everyone hope they fix it. I doubt they will till 22.

Don't talk nonsense. Only having 3 pitches hasn't been a part of rtts ever.

Having more than 3 pitches isn't unfair. That makes no sense.

Something went wrong with training and progression. It's yet another screw up that will be altered.

Where the boys have to train for weeks to defeat the guy ruining it for everyone just so they can play the game,... grinding out these games on beginner and rookie in DD and RTTS feels like that. I’m having to put in tons of time just to make my CAP playable,....

I’ve played multiple seasons now dude,... the pluses you get in game don’t move your overall anywhere near even mentioning. So spare me your inside knowledge. Go faux flex in some other thread.

Almost through with my third year. In the majors, all star,... NOTHING, not one f’n stat Is over forty yet. Almost all of them are still in the very low thirties. It feels like I’m not even really playing yet which was my OPs point. I want my fast base stealing slap hitter back and after focusing on core speed for multiple seasons,.... still not even at forty

Doesn’t care about RTTS,... responds in a thread about RTTS progression stating everyone is newbish in RTTS,......

I honestly just came here to make a thread on this,... like 90 percent of the hits against me are hitters hitting against the shift with lil bs rollers that would be an easy out but bc the shift are walk in doubles.... ugh
