Everyone seems to be glossing over the fact that A. MLB forced their hand to make the game for Xbox (never been done) and B. Not even two weeks before launch Xbox announced MLBTS is going onto gamepass.
If you thought during Covid and people working from home the majority of the time that a small first party studio would be able to perfectly nail the online servers for this game you were foolng yourselves.
Yes it sucks, yes you have a right to complain. None of that is free reign to go ballistic and spam up the board with thread after thread concerning the same issue. There are people on here asking questions and such, when people span "Servers aren't working whaaaaaa" all over the place those posts get lost in the shuffle.
You won't be getting any compensation and they will be getting it sorted out.
Actually we do have free reign to make threads about the servers. It's a forum. You or any of the others complaining about the # of threads made about it do not get to make the rules about how many there should be or that ppl should stop making them. If the mods want to clean it up that is in their right to do so. Until or unless that happens if you do not like the # of threads on it, ignore them.
Actually you might want to read the "Code of Conduct" it can be found in the welcome thread! 🙂
I've read it and what's your point about it? Yep it mentions spamming threads. Fairly certain it's referring to a single person spamming the same thread over and over. NOT multiple people creating threads about the same thing which is what some are complaining about. Again as i said if the mods want it cleaned up they can and should do so. Until then other regular posters shouldn't tell other posters what they can or can't do.
My point is along with the code of conduct there is also a search feature so you can post in an already created thread. Nobody is telling you that you shouldn't or can't complain about the servers. People are just pointing out there is no need to make a bunch of threads about it when one will suffice.
Why should i or anyone that wants to talk about something else invoving the game be forced to sift through them all to find a topic of interest?
