Just played someone in Events and they had a 99 ovr Eric’s Thames. Where do you get that card?

From the Xp reward path. The prestige level after you pass 99 Diamond

To have that card you have to hate yourself..... I’m almost there

Yea, he definitely earned that card. You have to play a bunch.
