This will be some good stuff. I’m gonna post daily under this thread on my Jackie Robinson 2 double failures. Been goin at it for 2 days straight now no end in sight. Interested to see how long this takes. Veteran difficulty my A**!!!

Could have had it three times already today were it not for runners in front of me.

I dont understand why people claim the difficulty is harder on these sets of missions specifically. The card is pure garbage plain and simple. I don’t think there should be doubles missions at all, but just because the card is garbage doesn’t mean they lie about the difficulty

You are correct. Sadly, this Jackie card is pure trash.

I havent looked at the points, but can you do the exchange for the same amount of Jackie points this 2 doubles mission awards you?
If the points are the same, do the exchange and call it a day. The Stage 2 Jackie card is not worth losing your sanity over one moments scenario.

So much fuss over some below average cards. If it was his SS card I’d understand the torture but I don’t know why people are stressing over getting a mediocre veteran card that can be considered worse than the gold version.

Unless you are a Dodgers or Jackie fan this program is not worth the frustration.
There are tons of Free 2nd basemen available that are light years better than Jackie, XP Rewards Sandberg, Mondesi (secondary Position), FOTF Gleyber can play second and is better than Jackie and Free as well.

completely agree with all of this. Once I decided i'd rather have a beer and just stick with FOTF Ozzie at 2B for now...my days got a whole helluve lot better!

I forgot about Ozzie!!! How does he play?
I got to use him in the FOTF moments and he absolutely mashes the ball.
I hit 3 HRs with him. Looks like a fun card to use.
I have always respected his game.

I just don’t believe in conspiracies that SDS is out to get you. I don't call people toxic when the disagree with me. I don’t call people names and take offense to people’s opinions. You made 4 posts today saying the same exact thing and got defensive when I and others gave our opinions. I never once said your opinions were wrong. I got the two doubles after they changed it to xbh. That’s funny. So I got em all except the CQ ones.

Finally got him.

I was under the impression nobody wanted the cards, just the diamond equipment. Between the socks and grip you’re looking at like 15-25K Value (at this point in the game)

He's pretty solid! very good contact and power from the left but the stupid CPU always...always puts a shift on him from the left side. decent speed. i batted him lead off for the switch hitting. Just got Sandberg from the silver pack so Ozzie is on the bench for now. need Cub innings for TA

Thanks, you are gonna love Sandberg.
He hits tanks and has good speed (80) with Diamond Defense.

I am going to get Ozzie and plug him in from time to time or for Conquest maps just to use him.
