Apologies if this was already mentioned but William Contreras is a non-Jolt Captain. Also, he’s hit like 3 or 4 HR’s for me since last night. P.S. Credit to Reddit - that rhymes but I also should mention here and there that Bret Baty also seems to be a Captain as well.

️I just checked the file.
He has no actual Captain boosts. I can't see anything in the file that even hints that he is a Captain.

Jeez, that's so disappointing. Well, he's still my Catcher. I had him as P5 on his WBC card earlier.

I am surprised that it is not in the data file I download directly from them unless they added it after I pulled the data

Nope nothing in the main file. Probably in the captain's file and not list in the main file like all of the Jolt captains.
Inconsistency seems to be culprit here.
I'll just stop looking at my data for captains because I am not sure it is worth asking it to recode itself due to their inconsistency.

@dolenz_psn @paparick68_mlbts - I do see him in the main "Captains" file from the API. The only other "non-Jolt" captain listed is Cool Papa Bell, who boosts the Negro League Series.

When you get a chance, can you check Bret Baty? Maybe I was half asleep and dreamt he was also a Captain. I was up late grinding for Santana.

My understanding is that the fix should address any other missing Captains as well, but if that's not the case for Baty, let me know.

Thanks. It now shows as a Captain in my program.
