If you take second and the
Outfielder throws to the lead runner it isn’t counted as a double. It’s a single with a advance on throw. Happens sometimes. I don’t know what to say of it was an actual doubleIn game announcer even says they are doubles.. games broke
It's not a double if the outfielder has the option to throw you out at 2B but decides to throw to either 3B or home, that would be judged a single with a runner advanced to second base on a fielder's choice. The game announcer is programmed to only register that you made it to second, that's why he's calling it a double even though it's not.
Listen dude stop defending this moment, your friend/family members job at SDS is safe .
Just explaining basic baseball rules, has nothing to do with this terrible game but take my knowledge however you want.
I know baseball rules, you just have a dense skull and cant comprehend that what you keep saying on repeat is not what we are talking about kid.
Wow okay, calm down there big fella. What did I do to you?

Do y’all really need that veteran card? Lol
You can get everything up to about the socks fairly easy without doing all of the moments.
Not really.. I'll walk with the Gold and be content.

I understand what you're getting to, however ball hit; goes down the line into the corner; before fielder gets ball JR already between 1st and 2nd; fielder throws ball in while JR at 2nd; cutoff fires home, JR now a few trots off from second having already touched bag, runner out at home. Again, having already rounded 2nd.
This is a clean double all day even with lead runner pegged at the plate...this same exact play happened twice with same results. I am aware that if before full commitment to second base I decide to send JR after fielder gets ball then I am, in fact, advancing on the throw. This, from the play(s) mentioned, is not the case in this instance.See I understand the frustration, this mission was a huge pain. But according to my theory the fielder probably had the option to throw to second immediately instead of hitting the cut off guy, with a chance to throw you out. That's usually why it's ruled a single with an advanced base instead of a double. But I hear ya, it's close sometimes and rough when they do rule against you.

We'll just have to agree to disagree on this one. We both understand the game and how it's played...and both make points to the argument. It's all good, but yes...frustrating indeed my friend.

Eh...like Nava a few years ago, I'll give JR a rest for a haul.

As stated, JR rounding second base before runner thrown out at home (rounding second base - meaning on way to third).
Yeah but if he was thrown out at home they counted the 2nd base as “on the throw” bc they threw home. There is questionable stat counters on the game
