I just got a wheel spin that gave me a premier choice pack and it’s not in my inventory. Why is this game so broken

This could be connected to a visual bug, but at any rate, this is an easy fix for the Support Team. If you submit a ticket to them, they can look into it for you.

Same thing happened to me, sadly.
Ummed and ahhed about submitting a ticket, however did so today with video.
Will report back should I get a response.

UPDATE
My ticket was responded to within 30 minutes and I received my Premier Pack.
I've criticised the long customer support delays many have experienced this year (hence my hesitancy to raise a ticket, but full credit to SDS here, they actioned and corrected this super fast.

Awesome to hear. EA sports customer service is somewhere overseas and they just pretend they don’t understand what you are talking about.

I've generally had good experiences with SDS' support, but yes, many had struggles this year with getting responses which was a real shame given the many issues with the game.
Hope OP raised a ticket and got a similarly quick outcome.
