Companion App Hasn’t Let Me Log in For A Week

I’ve been trying to log in on MLBTS 25 for over a week now through PSN, but for some odd reason I can’t. I keep getting the login error. I’ve tried all the other older titles & still the same issue. I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled the app & still the same issue.

I don’t have any issues getting onto the game via ps5 or through the actual website. It’s just the app that won’t let me sign out.

I’ve reached out to support & of course they were useless. I submitted a ticket detailing what I’ve done already. They literally replied to my ticket telling me to do exactly what I’ve already done lol. It’s like they didn’t even read my ticket.

I’m posting on here to MAYBE get some kind of help from anyone who’s dealt with the same issue.

Howdy, are you able to sign-in into 26?

If that's the case, hold-press the 26 icon on the bottom-right corner of the navigation bar and the title switcher will slide up and allow to sign-in into 25, while we look into the issue!
