The Community Relations codes
-
This was the worst possible way to release these, SDS should have just put these in everyones inventory. For those of us who have a life, this consolation prize for this year's game sucking massive amounts of [censored] didn't apply.
-
What is this you're talking about?
-
I feel like someone who really has "a life" wouldn't spend their time bitching about not getting free packs in a video game.
-
They have the app and our emails, and should not be releasing things on the cesspool that is X, exclusively. And FWIW, I have both a life and play the game a lot. The fact that the typical ways of reaching players is not used for these or to announce Flash Sales is ludicrous and poor community relations.
-
While I don't agree with the child-like tantrum OP seems to be throwing...
I agree with the sentiment. SDS has largely been nothing but bad looks this entire release, and this was no exception. I don't think "limiting" a digital product was a good maneuver at all, and like @macdaddy-o_psn said; they have the app, they have our emails...either of those would have been significantly better for announcing these as well as flash sales.
-
Just more [censored] poor communication is all. Either there is a massive disconnect from the top on down or multiple people are not doing their jobs. Either way a terrible look.
-
EA fans woulda had this handled in 3 days

I do kinda wonder if it's a bit of both. It's obvious there's a massive disconnect at the top, that part is abundantly clear. I do wonder about everyone else especially since the turnover a few years back.
