Deleting account
-
I submitted a support ticket to delete this account last week. There was no acknowledgment of the ticket and obviously it hasn’t been deleted.
I again submitted a support ticket to delete this account earlier this week. There was again no acknowledgement of the support ticket and obviously it hasn’t been deleted.
What do I have to do for you to actually action your own support tickets and delete this account? Why is there no process for deleting accounts once you’ve logged in? It takes 5 minutes to delete a PSN that can have thousands of dollars of value on it and you do not allow us to delete these worthless The Show accounts. It’s ridiculous. Just be grown ups like the rest of Sony Interactive Entertainment and give us a method to do so that you cannot just ignore for weeks.

There is an option to delete on the app. Or just don't log in ever and pretend it is deleted.

Account deleted.
-
Then how I am posting this?
-
Seems like you're now posting from your "MLBTS" account rather than the "PS" account, and they must not be linked, I can delete this one for you as well.
-
OK, tried again. If that didn't work, let me know, and I'll look into it further.
-
This is genuinely ridiculous. Delete the account already.
-
Maybe give it some time. If you look at your posts above, your username has been replaced by "A Former User", meaning the account seems to have been deleted. Why you can still post is another question.
-
OK, looked into this, and it looks like the SSO features of the forums are making it so that you can continue to log in and access your account even though it's been deleted.
We'll try some things in the backend for you, but in the meantime, just log out and don't log back in.

It might be easier if we just put out a notice to the entire community to block OP.
