Does SDS ever respond to missing inventory tickets?

Ya never got back to me on 2 tickets from about 2 months ago for missing packs. They have been responsive to account restriction and my game completely not working tickets

The support team is working hard to get through a backlog of tickets. As a result, they have had to prioritize some ticket types over others at certain points, but they're steadily making progress and will get back to you ASAP.

@davisonkj17_PSN I’ve had them respond to tickets same day. I’ve also waited more than a month when I was completely locked out of my account and had given up on the year.
