Are free packs and golden tickets rewarded consistently? Once you've signed up? I signed up quite some time ago and I don't recall seeing all of these free packs and golden tickets. Do I have to sign-up every month brand new? I don't think that makes sense. Every time I have tried to sign-up, it says I'm already signed up. What gives? Am I doing something wrong?

If you signed up and you are getting Scouting Report emails, you should be getting the pack.
Submit a ticket via the support portal and we can investigate.

I have a formal email confirmation from March that I was signed up for the newsletter. I also have a few other emails from different months saying the same thing, which is odd. Thought I only needed to subscribe once. I only have an email from April notifying me of a free pack.

Ill submit a ticket now. I'm on vacation in Florida. Is there anyway you can escalate the ticket? I'm monitoring everything through my app.

It's called a holiday weekend and they have a backlog of tickets that they're still going through so you gotta be patient and wait
