<![CDATA[Scouting report question/issue]]>Are free packs and golden tickets rewarded consistently? Once you've signed up? I signed up quite some time ago and I don't recall seeing all of these free packs and golden tickets. Do I have to sign-up every month brand new? I don't think that makes sense. Every time I have tried to sign-up, it says I'm already signed up. What gives? Am I doing something wrong?

I also have a few other emails from different months saying the same thing, which is odd. Thought I only needed to subscribe once. I only have an email from April notifying me of a free pack.
