Restricted on Companion app and no response for over a week
-
During the last flash sale & stub sale due to inflated prices I had a tremendous amount of buy and sell orders go through in a very short period of time. That coupled with me actively buying and selling players triggered a restriction for suspicious market activity. I don’t use bots or any other 3rd party scripts. I grind the game & earned everything the right way! It’s been over a week with no reply from MLB besides the automated ones you get from filling out a ticket. Hoping someone sees this that can help.

Totally understand the frustration here.
The best course of action is to stay in touch with Support directly and make sure to only submit the one ticket.
Many times, people will submit more than one ticket, thinking it will be faster, but it actually could end up taking longer. This is because the Support team is working hard to get caught up on a backlog of tickets, so adding more tickets to the backlog is likely to make it take longer.
As difficult as it is, try and be patient and bear with them and they'll get back with you ASAP.

@SDS_JoeK_PSN Thank you for the response. How do you recommend keeping in touch with you all? Replying to the automated email? And is there an estimate on how many days after a submitted ticket we can expect a response?

I don't have a timeframe, unfortunately, but yes, the automated email you received is the best way to stay in contact with them.
