Account restricted after buying stubs on PS store

A few days ago, I bought stubs with a credit card when they went on sale since I don't have time to flip cards often. Almost immediately after spending $140 before taxes, my companion app said my account was restricted anytime I tried to select a card. Now I can't even log into the app.
I can assure you I don't use a bot (couldn't even tell you where to begin on doing so). While close, I also don't have all of the sets completed. Literally bought some stubs to help finish the live series, then banned, restricted, whatever you want to call it.
I submitted a ticket almost immediately and have replied to the email a few times asking for a response, but crickets. Is this how they treat loyal customers amd those who spend real money?
Tl/dr: Spent real money only to get banned from the app. Unless this gets remedied, I'll never spend another penny on any SDS product or addons.
