    This is for visibility. I have been restricted on the companion app. I submitted 3 tickets and no response. This is so annoying not a problem last year flipping cards.

    Hope you get it resolved.

    Everybody wants Bots removed from the market but it seems that comes with false positives when the system can't differentiate between a Bot and a very dedicated flipper.

    Did you get an automated reply?
    If not, submit a new ticket, but ONLY if you didn't get an automated reply.
    If you did get one, do a nice follow up. Keep it friendly.

    I've had 2 major marketplace issues this year. It took awhile to resolve each, but they did resolve them both. I know it's annoying, but just have patience.

    @sds_joek_psn - is there any way to get this resolved faster? My account was restricted as well and I’m sure there are many more people dealing with the same issue. We appreciate the effort to stop bots but we are just trying to make stubs by flipping cards and now our accounts are restricted.

    More out of curiosity than anything else I find myself wondering as someone who does not flip just how many pages of transactions people have here

    As someone who has mostly only sold some of his cards and only purchased Cardinals cards mine stands at 8 pages (110 Transactions). I am guessing many are in the hundreds or, maybe, thousands?

    @Dolenz_PSN I have 251 pages. I sell my duplicates, and buy cards that I'm interested in using or need for collections. But I don't buy cards to flip.

    @kingxdonut_MLBTS Have you replied to one of the ticket emails in your inbox? Usually replying to the automatic reply and asking for updates will get a response.

    Just be nice—a human is reading those.

    The app just required another update. The reason stated under "What's New" was "Increased Market Integrity " Wonder if there's a crackdown.

    I do flip, but not as much as in prior years. Based on other's experiences, I'm nervous when using the app to put 20 orders in on a particular card.

    “Improved community marketplace integrity”

    Hopefully that is a good step in the right direction for bot removal.

    I do need to go through my duplicates but since most of them will be quick sold they won't show on my transactions. I do look at the current market price before I do that but most of the lower live series are at quick sell value already.

    Actually I have a little time before dinner I should sell my dupes now

    You are correct that a lot of them at or near QS value, but there have been enough that I have been able to get more than QS and it does add up overtime. Just selling my common and bronze today I've increased my stub count by around 4.5K, I know it isn't much, but this was off of 87 market transactions today and it all adds up overtime.

    As someone who has worked in multiple support roles in his working life I would probably be astonished with the Number of tickets created daily vs the number of staff they have dedicated to support. I am sure the ratio of tickets to support is astronomical.
