Still no fix for WBC Mini Seasons?
-
I guess I’m just not experiencing this. With my good team, I can score 2 runs at least per inning. Over the last week I’ve probably had three or four games where I’ve put up close to or over 30 runs (9 inning games; I’m not good enough to do that in 3 innings).
Do I still have a clunker here or there? Absolutely. I just lost to Seattle 1-0 in a 3 inning game in extras. It was with a test team, so that might have to do with it, but even with some of my stat testing I use all sub 60 players and still usually score a few runs.
What is it you actually think is happening behind the scenes?

@ApolloZ_99_MLBTS Ah, there's always one.
-
@rubicante23_PSN I've definitely noticed it's more challenging than it was prior.
I'm not surprised.
If you're not going to claw back your losses from cheating, you'll claw them back some other way. -
@NotesOfJohn_PSN I mean it’s not a grind if you constantly putting 15 runs a game. If you want to disagree that’s your opinion.
-
It doesn't feel any harder to me. I feel like I am playing about the same on veteran.
That said, my current mini season run is stuck on game 21. I already have enough wins to make the post season but can't get there due to a bug.
But hey why should I expect to play the mode legitimately and earn the reward even after so many others abused the glitch and earned hundreds of rewards in less time invested

Were they silent though?
Just from my own experience, albeit different industry, but experience seeing companies try to hiude their struggles- I think SDS is in deep financial trouble, so they're trying not to show it by more or less ignoring anything that might hurt them in additional financial ways.
They really, really wanted to refute the claims in the chat saying today's stream was prerecorded.
If I didn't know any better, I would think that was 100% a line to throw us off the scent that it may have indeed been pre-recorded. "Trying too hard" comes to mind

This all makes sense to me!

Honestly, who cares if streams are pre recorded or not? Even when they are live they rarely, if ever, actually interact with chat in a meaningful manner.

I think their intent was to push back on any accusations of avoiding their users and phoning it in on the stream. To your point, it's not like they interact with the chat, so it seemed extra weird they'd make such a point of it on the first stream after the WBC and Degrom glitches. Like, if you're going to ignore us, even if it's just going about your corporate day, then just do it lol.
-
I promise, you will get Hader and King fixed, or a New MLB the Show game before WBC is fixed. lol. Its not happening.
-
@ApolloZ_99_MLBTS You created the 15 run thing in your mind to justify your take.
There's a huge gap between your reality and actual reality, but that wouldn't allow your take to be as asinine as it is.
But hey, that's just my opinion.

@NotesOfJohn_PSN I mean it’s that much of a grind if the pitcher throws everything right to the middle. Disagree all you want. You love to grind as long as not too hard. exact number of 15 runs was also a hyperbole not to be taken literally.
