Man, I look at the Gwynn card and wonder how it is only a 91. Way too much emphasis on power
Gwynn cards always play above their attributes as well, I love his swing. This might be one of the best cards in the set.
The Ozzie card looks very good too. Power is the only reason he is only a 92

@samguenther1987_PSN yeah hockey is a lot more open when I live east coast it’s either leafs or Habs or bruins I’m a flyers fan so very rare but baseball it’s very typically jays or sox and most of the non baseball fans just say Yankees but idk I would love Montreal to make a comeback we also have city’s that have pro sports teams that would be very deserving Edmonton Calgary Ottawa Vancouver all could be spots for teams and would give Canada a lot more diversity. The amount of jays bias I hear just makes me mad sometimes like i remember when the varsho trade happened my friend was trying to tell me he would be a top 10 in mvp voting… I was called crazy for telling him it was a bad trade. And look at how it went as a Sox fan but mainly a baseball fan I’m pretty level headed and mostly see things in the sport for what it is. Don’t let my bias come in very much.

@samguenther1987_PSN yeah suprising as a Canadian I’m not to huge on hockey bigger in junior hockey as my city has a major jr team. Don’t get my wrong Ik puck but I am a much bigger baseball fan. I literally picked flyers cause they have a cool jersey and a nhl 13 cover or Claude Giroux.

u must be a big macklin guy.I've been a fan of the Sharks since I was a kid, Thornton was/is my favorite player but Macklin is fast becoming a favorite, won my hockey pool this year because of the year he had.

Yeah that’s going to be a terrific card for us. I’d use it even if they gave him 15 power, though their game does need about 60 power to get the ball into the outfield. They were very generous with the power stat.

Are they both Guardian cards? The Guardians are stacked for hitting cards and the Jolt Thome is a beast.

I’ll never understand why the guy with arguably the best season ever as a pitcher, so much that they lowered the mound due to his dominance- is always given lack of control or some other weird stat to keep him in line. Seeing those stats against lefties I also had to do a double take
