He won the Cy Young award as a Cub.
He had his lowest single season ERA as a Cub.
He had a lower ERA in 5 years with the Cubs than in his 4 with the Cardinals.
His H/9, HR/9 and K/9 numbers were all better in Chicago

His 85 season for the Cardinals was a dominant season for sure but let's not pretend that it is a slam dunk that his best years were with the Cardinals.

I look at this Gwynn card and wonder why is contact is lower than Johnny Damon and similar to Jeff Conine. It’s based on his 27 year old season when he hit .370! Conine’s is based off a season where he hit .242. Damon’s .304. Make it make sense.

Do they? Supercharged exists. BR exists. Certain events exist.

The main purposes of live series are for the collection and for conquest opponents. And filler early in the year. They server their purpose and then some.
