Hiw did Joe Ryan go -2??? He's had 2 games all year giving up more than 2 runs.
-
I'm a bit surprised by some of the ratings changes. But seriously 40k in 38 ip, 40/10 k/bb, only given up more than 2 runs twice all season. Not sure they justify dropping him -2.
-
I'm also kind of surprised Murakami didn't go gold.
-
Not the end of the world...but yea that makes zero sense.

You guys should know by now it's more about balancing than actual REAL stat improvements, these clowns devs don't follow baseball. The power increase on my guy Walker should have put him at silver easy. Power is the stat with the most weight in this game.
-
I'd need to look at his stats. Earned runs allowed does not factor into it.
He got negative adjustments to Sta, H/9 and K/9 and, this might be the strange on to me, PCLT
I don't technically know how they compute that last one

Clutch is pitching with RISP

I have no idea honestly how they do pitchers. Relievers of the year end up at the end of season going down to silvers a couple years ago. Max Fried doesn’t go up at all this time. I’ve literally seen guys under 1 Era in the bullpen go down. Don’t like how they do it at all.
Joe Ryan going down kind of makes sense once you break down his stats and also compare it previous years. He’s averaging less than 5ip per start

Because they Rely on H/9 and k/9
A few years back Alex Reyes was one of the best relievers for the first half. He never was upgraded though because he was not effecient. He would walk too many guys or allow a few hits. He worked himself out of jams all the time but those hits and walks kept him from getting upgraded.

@ryguy034753_XBL He took a big hit in pitching clutch because he’s been bad with runners in scoring position. The stamina one is weird. He’s shouldn’t be dinged for leaving a game early do to injury. H/9 went up justifying. Surprised he didn’t lose a little BB/9 honestly.
Murakami already had high power stats. Thats mostly what he’s been, so there wasn’t as much room for improvement as people expected.
