I wish I knew who to tag. When I come in here and see several posts requesting more content, I know it’s not just me. I don’t mind that it’ll take me months to get Miggy. That’s the fun part. I don’t care about packs having the best cards. I’m not a fan but it’s not my beef. All I am asking for…and several others seem to be asking as well. Is more content for offline players.
I unfortunately don’t have a choice. I have T-Mobile and cannot play head 2 head games. But regardless of my reason, I think my request is reasonable. I want to play your game SDS. I want to have conquest maps, large program paths littered with packs. Team Affinity every 6 weeks or so. Not just one and done.
My ultimate wish for this game is simply to play it more. It’s not a big ask SDS. Please hear us. You can still hide things behind a paywall and make collections really hard. But please give us more content. Please listen to your community.

While I do see your point and agree with it feeling a little slow on conquest, DQ, and mini seasons this year. I have to say TA in and of itself actually is better off this way. Plus the #1 fan stuff is crazy long to grind and there is around 50 packs I that path. The Mikie thing I've said my piece on I knew I wasn't getting him day 1 but figured I'd only be short like 2-3 cards to complete the 15 needed for the 95. Unfortunately the fact the basically "hid" that they were including the 2 BS Saint Patrick's and Egg hunt collections that where basically cash grabs was deffinetly scummy. Especially since in previous years it had been 2 or 3 cards you got out of those programs. Then to break up the Jackie collection into 2 collections and not just collect Jackie was BS as well.

I'm interested to see just how much we get next Friday. It seems like it is a pretty big one.

It would be really nice if every team got a Cityscapes card (instead of 5 New York Cityscape cards) and that they were spread throughout these modes, without half of them being hidden in a Pack.
Buy until then? Nothing. Just the standard Headliner pack on Tues I assume

@Ericulous1_XBL oh so you want exactly what the game used to be before sds went full "fk you pay me". Me too. Its the weekend and I dont have anything to do on the game. My plan is just to play franchise.

Its pretty easy to profit if you pay attention. SDS put egg hunt in the Tuesday flash sale - a sure sign that you needed those cards. If you invested a little in egg cards, you basically doubled your money.
I also think offline content has gone down the tubes - its the whole movement against long grind paths. Let's be real - the older entrenched fans do those kind of paths, the tweens and purely online crowd dont.
I like collections and slowly grinding them - but they gotta stop with these series where you basically only get one or two packs and those only have a 25 percent of getting anything but the lowest cards. So then, you have a whole bunch of upper level cards and the only way to get them is buy them (or buy packs, which is dumb given the odds)

I dont mind it taking weeks/months to get Cabrera but the problem is, by the time you get him there will be 2 other big collection rewards out so you'll constantly be behind the 8 ball. It just seems that the only way to get him is to buy packs/stubs because this half assed content they're dropping now is seriously lacking. Not even a program this week....an event that most people arent gonna play. A spotlight drop with 2 cards and a pack? WTF is that? A conquest that will take 40 minutes? They made it seem like this weeks drop was gonna blow us away and it was a literal popcorn fart

If you like playing online, I think the Event is amazing. If you dont play online, then the point is valid - they dont like giving you stuff to do

To be fair, I thought the calendar made it very clear this week was a nothing a drop.
They talked up Jackie Robinson day, and honestly I was disgusted watching that stream and they were gassing a 7 card program. In 2023 EVERY program had more than 7 cards in it. Now they put cards into conquest which both forces online people to play and allows them to make the conquest map less rewarding because cards that belong in the program are taking the spot of where we should be seeing deluxe packs.
All in all for offline players that Jackie Day drop was less than 2 hours of content, after being ignored the prior weekend because of WC.
And now this Cityscape thing, which I hope (and suspect) Dolenz is right and this is a 1 per team drop like a TA drop. But why is it dropping the LAST week of an inning? If it is actually a big content drop than nearly all of inning 2's xp will be in it meaning we need to rush through it in one week. And then we have the cycle of no content at inning start again to deal with.

All good points here. My biggest point again is- I want stuff to do. I don’t care that I won’t have Miggy for months. I can’t play online so I don’t care about keeping up.
But I am out shopping with my girlfriend because I have nothing to play. At least I’m earning brownie points haha.
I crave content. Playable content. It seems a lot of people agree. Someone just posted about the USA Map having non sellable rewards. So there is no point in making them repeatable. Why not have a repeatable map that we can farm stubs from?
