This collection is fair - doesn't require judge, ohtani, or even jram or witt. They always go super light on Jolt and Negro Leagues - I guess the tweens just dont wanna do TA or storylines, right? Its pretty easy to get those cards. If you invested in egg hunt, you could've doubled your money - and honestly, it was pretty easy to sniff out that it would happen. The trout card is already diving down- way too many in circulation
The thing is the fact they EVEN made those 2 collections when you need EVERY card and could only guarantee you would get 2 free to play was the scummy thing. I got lucky and pulled trout with my pack, but to then ALSO break up the Jackie collections into 2 vouchers and NOT include Jackie as a voucher is BS. As someone who has been playing since 19 and knew I wouldn't have 99 day 1 I have always previously been able to get the halfway card day 1. This was a blantent cash grab to make people spend which SDS has always preached they want their game to be as NMS fair as possible. It is just in line with the lies they claimed pre-release this year. Claiming hitting and pitching mechanics where fixed and 100% consistent this year, PCI shrinkage was removed, we listened and are gonna make MORE rewarding programs and make them just as good as the pack card. This is NOT suppose to be a trading card investment simulation, it is suppose to be a baseball gameplay game. I have NO problem with making some cards pack only cards, but before 22 they always made sure that your free program cards where basically right on par.

@ApolloZ_99_MLBTS ok man you are not listening. Im saying Miggy is not worth the grind and the millions of stubs it will take to get him.. it will be easier to obtain in a month or two yes. But by that time with the power creep he wont be nearly as good. Alot of players are feeling the same way.
That's kind of how most of these big collections have worked for a long time now.
The first big Flashback collection in 2019 debuted Honus Wagner and most people didn't get him for a while. The 99 Trout from 2020 was the same thing.
Okay no saying if you get 99 Mikie in a month he won't be as good is far from true. We won't see other 99 tell around the All-star break so in 2 months and even then I guarantee you still see ALL 4 of the current 99 in most people's line-ups hell I used collection Beltran until they finally released the even better 99 at the games end cycle last year. He will be a great card all year and most players live his quick swing. So saying he isn't worth the grind is complete BS.

@Rhyno1986_XBL I mostly agree with you because we presumably won’t get many more 99s until after the next L&FB collection comes out in June, but Beltrán last year was miles ahead of all the 99s this year for multiple reasons (especially that ‘S’), so saying everyone used him the whole year, well, yeah, of course we did.

The collection does take a lot. But also does not have to be done today. It's a 99 card when 92-93s are the highest being released. More cards will be added for collections as well.

Is it the Angels or the AL West? I think Chone is AL West, but I could be wrong.

The switch hitting is to yes combat the fact that SDS has lied and still NOT fixed pci shrinkage but still not any other cards with vision, contact, and power ALL in the 100+ besides these 2 99 hitters right now and most likely won't be until. And if you are half decent at the game i would bet they would be in your line up tell end game. Oh and if you have to run all switch because you can't hit same handed thats a different issue.
