Common Courtesy Program in Moments are messed up?

Just played Common Courtesy program. First one was Kerry Wood. In the description it says Kerry Wood doesn't have it today, give up a run without striking anyone out. Then below that where it tells you what you have to do it says:
1-Do not give up a run
2-Strike out batter.
First playthrough, I strike the first batter out and it fails. Second playthrough, batter grounds out to first and it's complete. Which directions do we follow?
Am I missing something? The description in all of them say one thing, but the list of tasks is the opposite? So dumb! -
Don't follow the goals. Follow the text. When the player grounded to first the runner probably scored and since you did not strike out the batter you passed by doing what it said.
It was released on April Fools day so it is working as intended
