We just want to know what level we’re playing on in ranked seasons, nothing more nothing less, stop making a Mountain out of a mole hill because you want to argue
I am not arguing. I am expressing enjoyment. I do wonder if you are a mark for your own gimmick in thinking that you are not using it to make certain voices invalid or do you realize what you and your buddies do so frequently

I agree with him and I'm sure everyone else who consistently plays above AS does too. Anyone who has played HOF knows how much better the game plays on that difficulty and will avoid AS if at all possible

It would be nice to see someone's rating, but it's not a big deal to me. If the guy's players have low averages, I think it would be an easy win most of the time. To avoid the all-star hell, just finish above 900 every season.

I make world series every season, but at the beginning of the next season I get bumped down to 700, the threshold to guarantee a game on hall of fame is 764 I believe so, even making world series every season I'm not guaranteed to not play on all star.

Aren’t you pretty much able to figure out what difficulty level you’re on after your first few batters have taken their at bats?
I just played my first ranked game of the current season a few hours ago (I was 700) and was able to tell immediately that I was playing on All-Star difficulty. I lead FOTF Buxton off and his PCI is significantly larger on the lower difficulty setting.
I mean, yeah you may not be able to predict with 100 percent accuracy immediately, but it really should only take you a few hitters to figure it out.

If the game is on all star i'm asking for a friendly quit, if I'm the home team it's hard to know until i'm hitting. As has been the case for the last 3 years I will avoid all star at all costs except when I need some stubs so I'll play BR

I wish I had done what you did and just offered a friendly when I made to DS, now I’m stuck in wildcard playing on all star with every game being 10-11 or something ridiculous like that. I just lost my last game 10-8!and we combineded for 11 home runs, I’m so tired of it

I agree 100%. There's been times I've looked for this and wondered why I can't find it. I liked when we could look at the profile of other players. I even think it'd be cool if we could display our icons and nameplates on the forum. That would help me decide what opinions to value more than others.

Wouldn’t a better solution be to just have the game (during the lineups screen) say what level the game is playing at? I’d much rather have an in game solution than having to look up players.

I don’t take records at face value this year lol. I’ve see. Dudes with WS banners and pretty iffy records lol. I’ve always been a above average player and last year I had a win % of 63. This year it’s well below that. Most of that I attribute to playing on all star.

Yeah but isn't that valid? I'm WS level and it's hard for me to know whose opinions to value because you have people saying, "this card rakes" and you don't know if they're grinding conquest on rookie or playing 1100 level unless they tell you.

If someone saw their record and just said to themselves oh this guy doesn’t know then fine. But that’s not how this place was a few year’s back. These threads were full of fighting because people just HAD to shame the lesser than great players for trying to participate in conversation. All that did was lead to non stop counterproductive fighting.
