CPU is obnoxious

The CPU is flat out obnoxious to play the vast majority of the time. Between the eagle eyed hitters not swinging at pitches right on or just off the corners, fielders making diving plays and covering way too much ground, and pitchers dotting up the zone like Greg Maddux it can be an extremely annoying grind.
All of this happens even with common players on low difficulty levels which is ridiculous. If they were diamond players on high difficulty I could understand it but that is far from the case. I know it’s by design to make the game “challenging” but it’s super redundant and slows the grind to a snails pace.

CPU defense definitely needs nerfing, unless it’s hit sharply right down the line, they dive to catch it. It’s really annoying.

I get the fielding stuff but the rest is inaccurate. I grind CPU on AS and all they do is swing at outside breaking pitches on 2 strike counts and leave fat pitches in the middle, at least once or twice per AB.

I find nothing easier than pitching against cpu. I just use pulse pitching and shut off the brain. Hitting isn’t much harder either, but different skills I guess

Perfect perfect line drives I've never had an issue with before are killer this year. Double plays are far to common as well.
Pitchers on rookie doting corners and walking my batters constantly because they dont want to throw strikes. ON ROOKIE.
I like to play on all star every once in a while or for missions. I like those. But I shouldn't have to be a try hard on rookie.I will be leaving that feedback when we get to do our survey later this year.
They are pretty good at looking at these kinds of things.
