Stubs not available for purchase in my region

I bought The Show 26 a few days ago and wanted to buy stubs but they don't seem to be available in Brazil's PS Store, why is that?

I'm in Russia and can't buy stubs either. Heck, the game wasn't even for sale here and I had to drive down to Kazakhstan to buy a copy, and I have to use a VPN to connect to the freaking servers.

@SiberiaTigerCub_PSN I had 21 before, and I remember Stubs being for sale. Tried to contact SDS for support, still haven't got an answer.

Stubs used to be for sale here too, and also 21 and earlier. I get it that Western Companies have left my region, so it's not just a Sony thing. I now have to use my Playstation pretending I have a Canadian account, and VPN to a Toronto server.
