No. I am not sure if they have announced the date for the first one. But it seems a few rookies performed well on opening day and people would really like them to have live series cards.

Per the news section of the website:
Lastly, Friday, March 27th brings the first Roster Update focusing on Transactions, intended to align your MLB The Show 26 rosters with the current MLB rosters.

Roster Updates focusing on Transactions will occur weekly while Roster Updates focusing on Attributes will occur every 3 to 5 weeks, after the first Attributes Update, throughout the season. The first Attributes Update of the season is currently scheduled for Friday, May 8th.

So my guess around 3pm EST for the update the drop.
