any idea on when face scan will be fixed

i’m on an iphone 17 pro max and it continuously says unable to detect face scan along with a long error message. any idea on how to fix it

I get the same message and I’m on I phone 12. I’m starting to wonder if it’s an issue on my end like something corrupted. The only thing I can think of is trying on a different device.

Even if it works you get a dark neck and split two tone glitch on the back of your players neck. The game has been out nearly a week counting early release and they haven’t even addressed it unacceptable

I am using Companion App version 6.2.2 on iPhone 15 / iPhone 17, Face Scan appears to be working correctly at the moment.

I finally was able to get it to successfully upload, however, when playing the game it doesn't show up.
