Just FYI logging in today got my 20 packs and Beltran. So they are addressing the tickets just be patient.

Awesome! Glad to hear everyone is having good luck so far. The made some changes behind the scenes to how those are given out and it seems like it's going well so far.

I got the final 16 of my packs and the Beltran today. I didn’t put in a ticket about it until 3-4 days ago, so they are indeed handling the rollout of them to the folks that earned them.

@SDS_JoeK_PSN Hey Joe, I just submitted a ticket yesterday. Unfortunately none of my now or later packs or Beltran have made it through to MLB The Show 26 (I only downloaded the game 2 days ago).
