Face scan

I have tried face scan multiple times good lighting etc… the picture uploads and then it says failed to process. Every time. I’m using iPhone 17. I’ve never had an issue with face scan in previous years

I also have this issue with the same phone too which is super disappointing after spending $100 to play the game early. Face scan probably won’t be fixed till later smh

thank you for bringing this to our attention! We are looking into this intermittent issue. The majority of scans are being successfully processed, both for iOS and Android, but some are having issues.
Can you please share what iPhone model, iOS version, account, date and time last attempted

Anyone else having issues with face scan when you have a beard. Every face scan has the neck black when it uploads

@Manu__SDS_MLBTS I have a 17 Pro max and its not working. It just says failed to process on the game. Ive tried like 200 times in various lighting conditions.

Thank you for your reports! We have identified and patched an issue related to the iPhone 17. Watch for next update of the app to version 6.1.6 and the issue should be resolved.
