Stadium creator returns but no prior

heading somewhere I saw on Twitter. I guess stadium creat0r is back this year. Upcoming. It says that all prior stadiums passed will not be brought forward for this year's game. So I assume you have to remake all your custom stadiums obviously that'd be correct right?.... But with that being said, how do we know it's been patched or fixed that it will not be bugged like last year? Where online play diamond dynasty we cannot use our creative stadiums how we know this will be accurate and true

The optimist in me has a glimmer of hope that this means there's a brand new format that includes many of the QoL requests put forth over the years.
The realist in me, as with most creators, knows this is likely only because they don't want to risk a Lagrassa import, and nothing actually improved.
