I assume this is it and honestly I am a little surprised to see these.

Jan 6th - Captain Blizzard Drop 6
Jan 8th - Weekend Classic
Jan 27th - Final Captain Blizzard
Feb 3rd - Now or Later Program
Feb 6th - Final Weekend Classic

Below is the list of Legends (as defined by the game) without 99 OVR card. Needless to say no matter what happens some of these guys deserved better but will be ignored. 12 of these guys are Hall of Famers.

There is an outside chance that 4 of these get Captain Blizzard cards if there is a boost category they fit.
