In all seriousness, I dont think there is a set time of the day that is best to sell/buy.
I can say that when new packs are released, whether they are Headliners oe Flash Sale packs, that is when you want to buy.

The people that actually know the answer to this won't reveal it because well that's how they make their stubs.

IDK about time to sell or buy but be patient and don't obsess about always being the lowest or highest bid and you'll save/make a TON of stubs over the course of the year.

can't be revealed,cause there is no answer.
market is fluid,there are no set times for things to happen, just have to watch it ( even occasionally) and pick the times to do it -
The best time to buy is the day of roster updates right after they release the upgrades/downgrades for players. In other words tho, mlb 2021...it sucks. I made so much money flipping Andre Dawson last year

I find 8:04 am and 10:36 pm the most ideal times
